Cancellation Policy
In the event this Agreement is cancelled by either party 60 days or more before the date of the event, the Speaker shall promptly refund any monies paid to Speaker in connection with the engagement minus any non-refundable travel / hotel expenses. In the event this Agreement is cancelled by Customer 30-60 days before the date of the event, the Speaker shall promptly refund 50% of any monies paid to Speaker in connection with the engagement minus any non-refundable travel / hotel expenses. In the event this Agreement is cancelled by Customer less than 30 days before the date of the event, the any monies paid to Speaker in connection with the engagement are non-refundable including any pre-paid travel / hotel expenses.
